This form allows you to request and send in the payment for your new US Sailing Sail Number. You must upload the supporting documentation which is proof of current membership in an SCYA affiliated Yacht Club. This is required. Provide a copy of your membership card or an email from a Flag Officer verifying your membership. Average response time after all requirements are met is 5 business days. Your new Sail Number will be emailed to the email address provided in the form.

WHEN YOU SELL YOUR BOAT OR it becomes unusable (destroyed)

Report to SCYA that you have sold your vessel so your number may be transferred to the new owner or removed from the US Sailing database of active numbers.

Your application will not be considered until payment is received.
