The mission of the Southern California Yachting Association Inclusive Boating Committee is to promote and support diversity, equity and inclusion within the sailing community in the United States. We recognize diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as essential to achieving our mission. We are committed to achieving greater DEI throughout the sport and fostering an environment that is welcoming to all sailors.
