Vegetarian: Roasted Portobello w/ veg & mashed potatoes, oven cooked Portobello w/ garlic, fresh herbs, olive oil, roasted red peppers, goat cheese & basil.
Seafood: Shrimp Scampi Pasta: Bed of Linguine served in a white wine sauce, shallots & garlic mushrooms, capers, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
Poultry: Chicken Marsala: Capers, mushrooms, cream sauce, served w/ whipped skin-on mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
