COACHES ITINERARY.. so far
Friday night coaches only no-host cocktail, hosted dinner party. Location SOUTH COAST CORINTHIAN YACHT CLUB 6PM
Saturday will begin at CYC with a continental breakfast and navigation lecture, then we will load up the boats for an all day sailing adventure to King Harbor. We will all make way by sail or power to our destination. Along the way some coastal piloting will be discussed and topics relating to the cruising life. At the anchorage, drop a hook or pick up a mooring (more than once), teach how to use a dinghy safely, use it, play. Have a cocktail (attendees not coaches) and lunch at anchor. Up anchor and sail/motor home before dinner. No preplanned topics for the sail home.
Dinner at Baja Cantina. Buses start leaving for the restaurant at 5:30 from CYC or Café Del Rey.
Sunday will be held at CYC and the workshops will be in full swing. Day ends with a no-host cocktail hour and hosted taco/fried chicken feast.
COACH OPPORTUNITY
I am opening our US Sailing International Offshore Safety at Sea Seminar to coaches first. It is on Friday September 16th at CYC. Both new certificates and renewals are available.
I only have 21 spots available for this as of Aug 11. I can only keep this private until August 15th, then I have to open it up. The link on US Sailing’s site will be live. I am getting many calls on the seminar.

It is very helpful to me if you fill this out as completely as possible. Those bringing boats, please provide all requested information so I can reserve docks at CYC. If you wish to coach the same workshop as last year, just write “repeat” in the the text box, otherwise, complete all info in the text box.
